December 2012
Thank you for your patience!
We had been experiencing some issues with our online banking connections and in-house computer network this fall, and we know that has been an inconvenience to many of you. To resolve those issues, we underwent a substantial system upgrade in December, and have seen much improvement! We hope you will find your total "banking" experience with us a little more pleasant and efficient now. Thank you for your patience!
NSF Returns and Fees
PLEASE keep track of balances, loan payments, and scheduled debits, to avoid NSF returns and fees.
Loan payments will be made from available funds in shares or share draft if your loan payment is past due, or if you have requested automatic transfers. We cannot see items that are authorized and scheduled to post in the future, and can not tell you if a loan payment or cash withdrawal will leave you short of funds. It is your responsibility to keep track of what you have authorized, and have the funds available.
Please note that we must return as unpaid any item that attempts to post if the funds are not available in your account, and also charge a fee of $24 to your account.
To help you keep track of your account we have 24 hour online account access, or you can call or visit the office.
If it is inconvenient to visit the office during our business hours, deposits can be made through direct deposit or through our after-hours deposit drop in the back.
