When collateral is involved, the credit union will use the N.A.D.A guide and the Kelley Blue Book to establish value when considering a loan for approval. If N.A.D.A. or Kelley value is not available, the credit union will require another statement of value such as: appraisal, dealer’s quote, or insurance quote. Antique auto average retail value must exceed $4000.
