When collateral is involved, the credit union will use the N.A.D.A guide and the Kelley Blue Book to establish value when considering a loan for approval. If there is no N.A.D.A. or Kelley value available the credit union will require another acceptable statement of value such as: an appraisal, dealer’s quote, or insurance quote. Antique auto average retail value must exceed $6000
